“We’re really struggling to roll out Google Drive”, said no one ever.
Why? Because the designer and the user are the same person.
But no level of adoption is going to get my Google sheet to talk to your Google sheet. So we compensate with a layer of excessive human communication. Which is why you get so many emails, texts and meeting invites.

In this episode of the Sound Systems podcast Dr. Green shares:
- how she went from Billboard charting recording artist to Recording Academy Chair
- how GRAMMYS voting works
- her thoughts on the opportunities and risks of AI
- how your artists can leverage The Academy as a resource for growth
