Powering Innovation at Atlantic Records UK

My big break came in January 2023. I had just told my Airtable coach and mentor (shoutout Ben Green from Optimize IS) that I was dropping everything to start an Airtable development agency for the music industry. The very next week a lead came to him from Atlantic Records UK and he invited me to the sales call. Director of Marketing Sam Spencer needed relief from the couple dozen tangled Google Sheets he had recently inherited. We hit it off and Sam signed on as one of Relationl’s first clients.

Since then word of Atlantic UK's Airtable success spread throughout the Warner Music Group and we've grown to serve over a dozen businesses within the organization. Fast-forward to last Thursday when Airtable hosted Sam and I for a webinar where we popped the hood on the transformational Airtable system we’ve built together over the past two and a half years.

In under an hour listeners were able to experience how Atlantic UK uses Airtable to transform our industry’s culture of chaos and uncertainty into one of order and confidence. It was a perfect entry point to anyone in the music business looking for inspiration on their build or a sign to finally start their Airtable journey.
