Job Description

We’re seeking a talented and self-motivated Airtable Implementation Specialist to join Relationl’s developer network on a contract basis. You’ll work closely with our lead architect and client teams to design and implement customized Airtable solutions, focusing on database design, automation workflows, and interface builds that transform how music and entertainment companies manage their operations.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys turning complex processes into clear, intuitive systems, and who takes pride in building tools that are not only functional but delightful to use.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into scalable, elegant solutions
• Build Airtable databases, automations, and interfaces based on client needs
• Provide brief documentation or Loom-based walkthroughs for client onboarding
• Integrate third-party tools (Make, n8n, APIs) to streamline workflows
• Maintain high standards of usability, data integrity, and design clarity

Qualifications

• 1+ year implementing Airtable systems for organizations
• 2+ years professional Airtable experience
• Strong understanding of database design and automation logic
• Skilled in Airtable Interfaces & Automations (Make or n8n experience is a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

Preferred

• Airtable or related platform certifications
• Experience creating client documentation or training
• Familiarity with music or entertainment workflows is a strong plus

• Competitive hourly rate ($55-65/hr, based on experience)
